He now will go up against the 2 runner-ups and the winner of last week&#8217;s competition. The best one out of those 4 will be picked to go on to the regional competition in MPLS.<\/p>\n<p>I have always said Jesse is the best guitarist in Sioux Falls, especially Blues and R &#038; R.
