\nI am writing to respond to the editorial and cartoon in the June 5 Argus Leader.<\/p>\n
First, whoever wrote this editorial (they must be too ashamed to have their name associated with it) really did a very good job of twisting.<\/p>\n
My point is this: What is missing in your editorial that you would not know about because you (whoever you are) were not there is the concern and determination of each and every legislator in attendance at that meeting to do a review of the page program. No matter what was said when the vote was taken, the vote was unanimous. There will be a review of the page program.<\/p>\n
Second, the cartoon that accompanied the editorial was horrible. The cartoon
\nbelongs in the vomit bucket aboard a U.S. Navy ship in the middle of an ocean
\nduring a typhoon. The cartoon is negative, insensitive, insulting, in poor taste,
\nreveals an agenda and paints the page program with one broad stroke of a brush
