It seems Janklow\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s favorite Alternative Press figured out their rag just wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t cutting it anymore. Their \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcEntertainment\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 editor is leaving for greener pastures (and more ice) and moving to Fargo. I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll miss old tube socks Boberta, we have had an interesting relationship, let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s just say we were\u00e2\u20ac\u2122nt <em>\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcFriends\u00e2\u20ac\u2122. <\/em>He did have some words of wisdom for me in his last column though. And I thank him for it. But unlike\u00c2\u00a0his employer I don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t have PC editors looming over me and deciding what I can and cannot say on my Blog. You\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be missed.<\/p>\n<p>Is Bob Keyes coming back?<\/p>\n<p>His love note to me:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Hate that the most outspoken voices in Sioux Falls come from some of the most ignorant mouths in the crowd.<\/strong> Please, somebody with intelligence and scope, start talking or writing or painting or something. Did I<br \/>\nmiss something? As far as I remember he was Howlin Wolf\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s guitar player and<br \/>\nhad a short stint with Muddy Waters. Every guitar player from Clapton to<br \/>\nRichards have said they were influenced by him. But folk? Come on Bob! You<br \/>\nread to many comic books!<\/p>\n<p>Also, I love the cleanup job your fellow under-paid co-workers had to do with<br \/>\nLaurel at Food and Ferm, making a cute little video about her cooking skills.<br \/>\nHow did that make you feel? I felt bad for you. I mean, really, how can you be<br \/>\na \u00e2\u20ac\u02dccutting edge\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 reporter when your co-workers are constantly apologizing for<br \/>\nyour inaccurate and editorialized style of reporting? Makes you wonder why<br \/>\nreadership is down?<\/p>\n<p>Maybe you should start a couple more meaningless magazines. We both know neither one of<br \/>\nus have time for the truth.<\/p>\n<p>Your two articles this week got me laughing once again (U shur ar\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 pro-lific).<br \/>\nI\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m not going to comment on the downtown one even though I will give you<br \/>\ncredit on the drug reference, very clever, I never knew you had it in you.<\/p>\n<p>Though many things were factually wrong with your Joan Jett article (which<br \/>\nwe\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve come to expect out of you) I want to instead focus on your comment about<br \/>\nCourtney Love being the Queen of Rock. I had to go home early for lunch today<br \/>\nbecause I pissed my pants laughing after reading that. Courtney Love has<br \/>\ncontributed only one thing in her life, she had Kurt Cobain\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s child, that\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s<br \/>\nit! (oh, and she keeps a lot of farmers in Afghanistan in business).<\/p>\n<p>Though Joan is a contender for the position of Queen of Rock, I would probably<br \/>\ngive the title to Patti Smith or Etta James.
