I guess they are tired of paying syndicated cartoonists. I sent the editorial page editor these questions:<\/p>\n<p>Chuck-<\/p>\n<p>I see you are accepting guest political cartoons. I have a few questions;<\/p>\n<p>1) How much does it pay per cartoon?<\/p>\n<p>2) Does the artist retain copyright?<\/p>\n<p>3) Will the cartoon be edited before it goes to press?<\/p>\n<p>Your answers would be appreciated.<\/p>\n<p>Scott L.
