VAC HAS HAD TWO EMPTY CHAIRS FOR TWO YEARS!
The Visual Arts Commission has had 2 empty seats for almost two years, about the same time I received my application confirmation. They would rather have 2 empty seats then ask me serve. No surprise, I would probably be the Kermit Staggers of the VAC, or quite the opposite. Â
