My View

This was a Fondue/Wine place Becky and I ate at right outside Colorado Springs. It was fantastic! It was called Mona Lisa. Notice the cheese stain on my shirt.

This was a bank mural in some small Nebraska town. If you ever drive down the mainstreet of any small midwestern town, you will notice the only nice building is the bank.

Cowgirl Berit. I used to have this tradition in my last apartment, I would make people wear this hat and take a picture of them. Another lost art project.

This is a picture of a marker. I’m not sure if it is a 3 Corners (Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota) or 4 corners (+ Nebraska). I had a lot of Gold Margarita’s that day. The marker is funny though because it used to be in the middle of the road, and a lot of people hit it with their cars, so it’s welded in several places. I think the the numbers on it are the long/latitude? Next time I need to research before I post!

SHAG and I at his first Grumpy’s show. I depressed him when I told him I bought a copy of his second print for $40.

Cool tattoo at the show – I think?!

Apparently I’m Shag’s body guard? Some jackass came up to me at the exhibit and asked me if it would be OK to talk to Shag and ask for a book signing – like I was his bodyguard? shag really thought it was funny. I said, “If you could afford a bodyguard, wouldn’t you at least get someone taller than you?
