This is a poster I did for the first gig of THE MARBLES. The original 60’s cover band of Sioux Falls. The Marbles were the concept of J. Christen which played a combination of Garage and Pop R & R from 1965 – 1967 or around that time period. The band broke up and two of the remaining members took the concept and started another 60’s cover band. They are OK but they play mostly pop and dropped the garage material. In other words, NO Chocolate Watch Band or the Sonics.

This was a logo design that I did for a local pub. They have never used it – and have yet to have a real permanent logo. I guess none of the owners understand marketing of consistency?

A logo and poster design I did for friend J. Speirs and his collective band. Jim’s band gigged with me on the ART of Jazz night and has played at several of my receptions. Swinging trumpet player!
